Terms of Use

The Terms of Use as listed below apply to the Websites: dmmeat.com, dmme.at, and their respective subdomains (together, “DMME@”). DMME@ and the Services provided by DMME@ are intended for use as is.

By using DMME@, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using DMME@. You’re not allowed to copy or modify DMME@, any part of DMME@, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of DMME@, and you also shouldn’t try to translate DMME@ into other languages or make derivative versions. DMME@ itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to DMME@.

You must be at least 13 years old in order to use DMME@ and its Services. The minimum age to use our Services without parental approval may be higher in your home country.

DMME@ is committed to ensuring that its Services are as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to DMME@ or to charge for its Services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for DMME@ or its Services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

Due to rounding, numbers presented throughout DMME@ may not add up precisely to the totals provided and percentages may not precisely reflect the absolute figures.

To be able to provide all of its Services, DMME@ relies on services provided by third-parties that may process personal data you have provided to us. Your use of our Services may allow you to interact with third-party websites, apps, content, and other products and services. When you use third-party services, their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.

It’s your responsibility to keep your devices and access to DMME@ safe and secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that DMME@ won’t work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things that DMME@ will not take responsibility for. Most functions of DMME@ will require to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but DMME@ cannot take responsibility for DMME@ not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

If you’re using DMME@ outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing DMME@, or other third-party charges. In using DMME@, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use DMME@ outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using DMME@, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using DMME@.

Along the same lines, DMME@ cannot always take responsibility for the way you use DMME@ i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Services, DMME@ cannot accept responsibility.

With respect to DMME@’s responsibility for your use of DMME@, when you’re using DMME@, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. DMME@ accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of DMME@.

You use our Services at your own risk. The Services are offered without any express or implied warranty of any kind. DMME@ does not guarantee that any information provided by us is accurate, complete, or usable, that our services will be operational, error-free, or secure. We don't control how or when our users use our Services, and we are not responsible for it. We are not liable for the actions or information (including content) of our users or other third parties.

When you are using DMME@ you expressly agree to resolve and submit any claim or dispute you have with us, to the Jurisdiction of the Courts of Mexico City, Estados Unidos Mexicanos, as well as the applicable laws for the specific case in force in such place, expressly waiving any other Jurisdiction which may apply because of your nationality or domicile.

At some point, we may wish to update DMME@ features and codebase. DMME@ is currently available on the Web – the requirements for the system(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of DMME@ to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using DMME@. DMME@ does not promise that it will always update DMME@ so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Operating System version that you have installed on your devices. However, you promise to always accept updates to DMME@ when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing DMME@, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using DMME@, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

Changes to This Terms of Use

We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page.
